Winter Rentals

The summertime may be over, but the deals are just heating up at Sands Resorts, especially our monthly winter rentals program.

For many years, “snowbirds” have traveled to their home away from home, Myrtle Beach. It’s a time to get away from another icy winter and enjoy the Grand Strand. When you stay at Sands Resorts for a least a month, you’re eligible for our winter rental program, which brings you to great discounts. Plus, you’ll become part of the snowbird community and make some wonderful new friends.

There are a variety of affordable monthly rentals at Sands Resorts from ocean view and oceanfront condos. The monthly winter rental program begins in October and runs through the end of March. Here are the monthly winter rental rates:

  • Oceanfront Rooms – From $850
  • Oceanfront and Oceanview (1 bedroom) – From $1,000
  • Oceanview (2 bedrooms) – From $1,250
  • Oceanview (3 bedrooms) From $1,300

It’s time to take advantage of the warm seasonal weather and other great amenities and accommodations. Plus, you can enjoy the perks of Myrtle Beach including restaurants, golf, shopping, and entertainment. Any guest who stays 90 consecutive days at Sands Resorts does not have to pay state or local tax. However, resort fees still apply.

Woodland Valley Country Club is set in the lowcountry woodlands just outside of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The golf course is a modern Russell Breeden design. Woodland Valley is a Par 72 layout measuring 6928 yards from the back teeing ground. Breeden has strategically placed bunkers and lakes to allow for a fun and challenging round of golf.

For the convenience of our guests, we have brand new laundry facilities located at our Sand Dunes and Ocean Dunes Resort locations. Top of the line, industrial washers and dryers as well as a folding area and sitting area. No one wants to go home with a load of dirty laundry in tow. We encourage you to take advantage of this amenity while you’re with us. After the long ride home, you’ll be glad you did.

Family Fun Nights

Sands Waterpark

Join us for an evening of FAMILY FUN at Sands Waterpark on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm – 9pm. There will be Games, Trivia, Karaoke and much MORE!

All ages are welcome so keep the fun times going at Sands “Night at the Waterpark” where you can slide down our waterslides, relax in the lazy river and play under our gigantic splash bucket that refills every 15 minutes! Don’t float… splash, dive and dip into the action every Wednesday and Friday night!

Live Music All Summer Long
