River City Cafe With peanut shells on the floor and an eclectic assortment of collectibles on the walls, this fun-loving rustic cafe is the highlight of any Sands visit. Absolutely the best burgers on the beach, homemade french fries and hand-dipped onion rings plus the freshest salads, sandwiches and more. Lunch and dinner are available from 11 a.m. daily. River City Cafe is a fun way to dine at the Sand Dunes or Sands Ocean Club. Take-out orders are available.

Ocean Annie's Beach Bar The most popular outdoor beach bar in the area, Ocean Annie's features live entertainment from mid-March through mid-November (weather permitting).
